This strategic roadmap is designed to ensure that the economic benefits of representation stay within the community. ## Key Pillars: 1. **Local Contracting**: 70% of all constituency project contracts will be awarded to qualified indigenous contractors. 2. **Youth Employment**: Any project executed in a ward must employ at least 60% of its manual labor from that specific ward. 3. **Market Support**: Procurement of materials for empowerment programs must be done from local markets within Atiba.
